The role of a biologist in the Department of Pharmacology of a university or in the pharmaceutical industry, his/her contribution to the design of drugs and his/her present situation are some of the aspects included in this third round table organized by the Esteve Foundation. The biologist’s contribution to pharmacology in Spain was held on November 7, 1985 in Barcelona and was moderated by Sergio Erill, Director of the Foundation, and by Pere Camprubí, from the Association of Biologists of Spain. The contents are included in Dr. Antonio Esteve’s Monograph number 3.
