The lecture given by professor Pablo Francescutti, of the Rey Juan Carlos University, held at the Universitat Jaume I (UJI) on the occasion of the celebration of 8 March has shown the low visibility of Spanish women scientists. The programme promoted by the Scientific Culture and Innovation Unit (UCC+i) of the Communication and Publications Service for International Women’s Day includes this presentation to present a study published by the Dr. Antoni Esteve Foundation.
In the presentation of the session, which was supported by the Department of Communication Sciences of the UJI, the vice-dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Ferran Martínez, the head of the Scientific Culture and Citizen Science Project, Lluís Martínez, and the journalists and lectureres of the Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Bárbara Villuendas and Maria Josep Picó, took part.
