The model Judit Mascó presented today the “Dream of colours” kerchiefs that are created in collaboration with artist and friend Claudia Valsells, for the International Women’s Day. “This kerchief is a story about complicity, women and hope, and it is made with heart”, she said. “As a model, but especially as a woman, it makes me really happy to contribute in a solidary action with which I feel identified”

Every year 100,000 women are diagnosed with cancer in the country. The kerchief presented today is aimed at anyone who wants to show solidarity with women suffering from cancer. For the Dr Vicenç Martínez Ibáñez, Manager of the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital (HUVH), the kerchief presentation is a big chance to “thank Judit Mascó, Clàudia Valsells and Natura fot their solidary collaboration to help Campus Vall d’Hebron to make the best research for transferring solutions to the women affected of cancer”.

With the purchase of this kerchief it contributes to the research made by the research team at Barcelona’s Vall d’Hebron Hospital Campus against this disease. Dr. Joan Comella, director of Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) affirmed that in Vall d’Hebron “we have the Messi, Neymar and Suárez of the research and assistance in women’s cancer”.

The sale of the kerchiefs will go entirely to fund grants for the training of young researchers in woman’s cancer research.

Sergio Durany, founder of the Natura group, had been the host of today’s presentation, as the kerchief can be purchased in his most emblematic stores in Barcelona (Consell de Cent, L’Illa, El Born, Travessera, Airport T1, Maquinista, Gran Vía 2, Canuda, Ferràn, Sarrià and Anec Blau) and online while stocks last.

Vall d’Hebron Barcelona Hospital Campus, with the collaboration of Natura, presents this cause with the desire to continue to find solutions to health problems, in this case women, while raising awareness and involving the public.
