Autor
El tercer simposio internacional organizado por la Fundación Dr. Antonio Esteve dio lugar a esta nueva publicación de la serie Esteve Foundation Symposia centrada en el estudio de la relación dosis-respuesta en farmacología clínica. Los profesores Lasagna, Erill y Naranjo se encargaron de la edición del libro que recoge las diferentes ponencias y sus respectivas discusiones surgidas durante el simposio. El hallazgo de una clara relación entre la dosis o concentración de un fármaco y un determinado efecto se considera una forma fiable de atribuir la acción del fármaco. El estudio de dicha relación permite tanto profundizar en las características del fármaco como cuantificar o incluso adivinar posibles efectos de dosis no evaluadas.
