The CSIC delegation in the Valencian Community is organizing the round table Humor and science on the occasion of the exhibition Science according to Forges, the traveling exhibition organized by the CSIC, the Instituto Quevedo de las Artes del Humor and the Dr. Antoni Esteve Foundation and that can be visited in the House of the Science of the CSIC in Valencia until the 24 of September.
The round table will feature the institutional delegate of the CSIC in the Valencian Community, Juan Fuster, the curator of the exhibition, Fernando del Blanco (CID-CSIC), Berta Fraguas, daughter of Forges, Manuel Álvarez Junco, of the Instituto Quevedo de las Artes del Humor, and Antonio Ortiz ‘Ortifus’, graphic humorist for the newspaper Levante.
The meeting will take place on September 9, 2021 at 12 noon. Capacity will be reduced by measures against COVID-19. If you want to attend, you can send an email to casadelacienciavalencia@dicv.csic.es.

The exhibition Science according to Forges collects the vision of science of the graphic humorist through his cartoons. The exhibition is also a journey through the past, present and future of research, with the aim of being a window to dissemination, curiosity and a better public knowledge of what is offered from science and research.
